This spacious home offers multiple versatile living spaces. It offers the cleanliness and amenities of a hotel combined with the space and privacy of a home. The freshly remodeled kitchen boasts granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and clean modern stylings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and appliances you would need to cook any meal.

The home has two living areas to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The less formal of the two rooms is equipped with a flat screen TV and Yamaha sound system that can be heard through the entire home. The room can be converted to a 4th bedroom if needed. The other living room has a comfortable leather couch and multiple chairs that are arranged around the fireplace. This room can be used to play games or just relax around the fire.

The house features various GAMES!!! In the TV room, there is a full sized foosball table. There is also a Nintendo system loaded with a plethora of games. There is a fold out poker table for gambling enthusiasts. In the main living room you will find various board games.

The bedrooms are all equipped with comfortable beds and fresh linens that are professionally cleaned. The home has been designed to create the feeling that you are in your home away from home.

The house has a spacious shaded backyard with plenty of seating area, a BBQ and fire pit. Bistro lights strung across the yard allow you to further enjoy the yard into the evening hours. This backyard is perfect for relaxation and soaking in the sun.

There is available garage parking that allows your car to stay out of the variable Fresno weather.

Onsite washer and dryer available for use.

Guests will have access to the whole home and backyard with the exception of one locked closet. Guests will be allowed to park in the garage upon request.

I will be around to help you with your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival via a lockbox but I can meet you at the home to check you in if preferred. Check in is no earlier than 3 PM unless otherwise discussed. Earlier check in/ later check outs can usually be accommodated, just ask!

Please ask prior to your stay about pets and garage parking. I am very reasonable, just ask if you have any special requests or needs.

You will be charged $500 for any unreported pets.
