Pristine Luxury Home #3 – Walk to Restaurants

There is an open kitchen and living room area that opens up to a large to the large patio. The kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare any meal including plenty of storage and brand new appliances. The living room offers mid-century furnishings, a 55 inch SMART TV. The home offers very HIGH speed internet of 200 mbps.

The bedrooms are located on opposites of the unit and each have their own bathroom. They have new comfortable full, twin and king hybrid mattresses in the respective rooms. All linens are are professionally cleaned. White towels are provided for all guests.

Please note the guests are allotted $200 per month for PG&E costs. The guest will be responsible for any additional charges beyond this $200 allotment.
