The home is open and airy with nearly 30 windows that create quite an atmosphere. Inside the home has contemporary styling that lends itself to functionality. The home features over 2000 square feet of living space on an oversized lot that provides excellent privacy.

There is a very large living area with picture windows that open into the front yard. The dining room has a long table that can seat up to 8. The living room has a plush leather couches, 50 inch Roku TV, chess/game table and comfy leather reading chairs. The home offers very HIGH speed internet of 200 mbps so you can stream or easily work from home. Additionally, the home has full cable TV programming, Netflix etc.

The kitchen looks into the backyard. It boasts stylish quartz countertops, new high-end appliances and a clean modern feel. It is fully equipped with upscale cookware and appliances you would need to cook nearly any meal.

There are a total of 2 bedrooms. There are 2 ’king suite’ bedrooms with hotel quality plush king mattresses. There is an additional upstairs bedroom with a queen bed.. The bedrooms are all equipped with comfortable beds and fresh linens that are professionally cleaned. Extra sheets are provided for additional sleeping spaces, as needed. White towels are provided for all guests.

Outdoors there are towering trees that provide excellent shading and privacy. The is a large balcony in front and back and a patio with furniture. Additionally, there is a small firepit area and cornhole game for the grassy area.

*** Please note that there is an additional fenced unit on the property that is completely separate and detached from the home. Only 1-2 guests are permitted to stay here and they are not allowed to utilize the driveway.

Access: The full home, yard. No garage

I will be around to help you with your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival via a keycode entry but I can meet you at the home to check you in if preferred. Check in is no earlier than 3 PM unless otherwise discussed. Earlier check in/ later check outs can usually be accommodated, just ask!

Please ask before you bring any pet to the home. There is a pet policy and slight additional charge.
